People living in the most deprived communities across the country will benefit from new neighbourhood health services as the government takes the first steps in the roll-out, making care more convenient and reducing health inequalities. Central to the 10 Year Health Plan, the services will bring NHS care closer to home and provide better support for people with complex conditions, keeping them well and avoiding unnecessary hospital trips.
