A health service fit for the future

Change NHS is aiming to facilitate the biggest conversation on the future of the NHS to help shape a new 10 Year Health Plan for England. Since the launch, over 100,000 contributions have been made with more than 1.5 million visits to change.nhs.uk. Primary care professionals cover a wide range of services and provide care for people from birth to the end of their life, therefore the voice of the sector is crucial.  Colleagues are encouraged to visit priorities for change to share their opinions by 14 April.
