Be prepared for the CQC visit

Being confident in your processes when the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visit is a good feeling.  Whether you wished to improve since a previous visit, or just check you have everything in hand, PCC can help.  We support practices with mock visits, detailed improvement plans, or can just help with pre-visit planning. Our team include CQC inspectors, who can mentor and support to help your practice prepare. Training can also be provided for groups of practices to refresh their knowledge of what to expect and to share top tips.  Contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk.
