Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK’s biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event. It will take place from 7 – 13 September 2026. The theme for this year is You know your age, do you know your numbers?. Whether you are 20 to 80 years old, you could be living with undiagnosed high blood pressure so go and get tested.
