Building the future: premises planning for neighbourhood health centres

The NHS’s 10-Year Health Plan sets out a bold vision to reshape care delivery through the creation of 250–300 neighbourhood health centres (NHCs) by 2035. This transformation has major implications for premises strategy, capital investment, and estate planning across the health system. This 2.5-hour workshop has been designed to consider the factors that integrated care board commissioners and estates teams will need to navigate to ensure the successful delivery of local NHCs.
