The results of the 2022 cancer patient experience survey have been published. Cancer patients have given a rating of 8.88 out of 10 for overall experience. In primary care, the scores for questions relating to the number of contacts with a healthcare professional prior to diagnosis and subsequent diagnosis referrals being explained in an understanding way have both seen slight increases.
