Co-creating healthy futures: schools and health

This framework, developed by Windsor Academy Trust in partnership with other contributors across the education and health sectors, is designed to change how schools and health partners work together. The framework considers four fundamental areas for partnership working and offers advice and guidance on: opening gateways to collaboration; prevention of health issues in children and young people; bringing neighbourhood health services onto school sites; and building the future NHS workforce.
