All pharmacy contractors are offered the opportunity to sign up to this advanced service, to run between 20 July 2026 and 31 March 2027 where they meet the requirements of this advanced service specification. Where a pharmacy contractor agrees to participate in this advanced service, they must offer vaccinations to patients. The advanced service is commissioned to provide national access to Meningococcal B vaccination and support uptake of two doses of this vaccine among eligible populations within the prescribed timescales.
