Community pharmacy process for making discharge medicines service claims

NHS Business Services Authority are updating the NHS Discharge Medicines Service MYS claims portal to make the process more streamlined and easier to use for community pharmacies. The new shortened MYS journey will go live on 6 July 2025. Claims for service delivery completed before 5 July, must be entered on MYS by 23.59 on that day. Any activity that will not be completed by 5 July must then be entered using the new MYS portal from 6 July onwards.
