Community pharmacy workforce survey

The Community Pharmacy Workforce Survey 2026 will open for all NHS community pharmacy contractors from 14 September 2026. The NHS Business Service Authority will contact all NHS pharmacy contract holders when the survey is live with information on how to complete the survey and the deadline. Ahead of the survey launch contract holders are asked to review their workforce records and identify the information they will need to complete their workforce survey.
