Community pharmacy workforce survey

The community pharmacy workforce survey (CPWS) 2025 launched on 22 September 2025 and will close on 21 November 2025. The NHS Business Services Authority has contacted community pharmacy contractors in England. Each contractor has been given a unique survey link. Pharmacy contractors can also access the CPWS through their manage your service portal. The community pharmacy workforce survey provides insights to support future workforce planning and investment.
