Confident neighbourhood collaboration

This new programme for neighbourhood organisations focuses on the challenge of embedding new ways of working and the behaviours and aptitudes required to develop collaboration with sessions on:

  • Influencing (without authority) and effective communication for new and different, pre-existing relationships
  • New ways of working – change and workplace culture
  • Collaborative working

There’s the additional offer of individual coaching sessions to provide the opportunity to reflect on and respond to the learning, plan how to apply in real terms and to work through live issues.  If you work in primary care, commissioning, a voluntary sector organisation, faith group, local authority or other and want to build your confidence in developing useful collaborative neighbourhood relationships, then this programme is for you – please get in touch helen.ellis@pcc.nhs.uk to hear more.
