Core20PLUS5 health probation animations and posters

People in non-custodial community settings, under the supervision of the Probation Service, are an inclusion health group. They experience health inequalities with multiple disadvantages. The NHS Healthcare Inequalities Improvement Programme has created several resources, linked to the Core20PLUS5 framework for reducing healthcare inequalities, with the aim of preventing ill health. These include five animations and posters on heart health, lung conditions, cancer, mental health and stopping smoking. Please share these resources to help tackle health inequalities faced by people in probation settings.
