Data-led solution helps treat the right patients, faster

A data-led solution is helping trusts to better manage their waiting lists so that the right patients get the care they need faster. The Trust Care Coordination Solution (CCS) is a fast and effective way for clinicians to prioritise patients and book them in for procedures, all in a single tool which boosts theatre productivity. A total of 3985 patients have been reprioritised or discharged to date at Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust. The solution is available to all acute Trusts in all participating integrated care systems. If your Trust wants to get involved, please contact england.iccpp@nhs.net.
