Dental commissioners – holding difficult conversations

Dental commissioners sometimes get into difficult situations with contractors who are not delivering their part of the contract or even behaving obstructively. These situations can have a negative impact on resilience and self-esteem, especially if commissioners feel the situation wasn’t handled well.
