Develop your leaders

It’s a challenging environment in which to be a leader in the NHS.  The need to lead collaboration between organisations, while facing staff reductions and managing constant change, is not easy. PCC’s leadership development has supported hundreds of leaders across the NHS through programmes such as Building confident women leaders, action learning sets, our Confident leader programme and executive coaching. We explore what skills are needed, for example, for collaborative working where role-power may be of less impact when working with peers from different organisations, so we stimulate discussion around how to influence without authority.  Our training provides theories to support the development of compassionate leadership and challenges people to look beyond what and who they know to broaden their knowledge and strengthen patient services.  “Well facilitated sessions offering support and discussion around practical leadership issues. Honest practical and authentic”. Contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk to find how we can help you or visit https://pcc-cic.org.uk/leadership/.
