Football for Wellbeing hub provides mental health support

West London NHS Trust, Queens Park Rangers (QPR) Football Club’s charity, QPR in the Community Trust and the Footy Addicts charity have developed a Football for Wellbeing hub as part of the team’s lived experience outreach programme where players meet weekly for an hour of play and half an hour of socialising. It aims to offer men in West London an avenue for supporting their mental health and wellbeing, improving confidence and reducing social isolation.
