GP premises – capital grants

GP premises are essential to the delivery of NHS primary medical services. The Premises Costs Directions provide the arrangements for commissioners to fund capital improvements for contractors to extend or improve their premises. This course will explore funding opportunities for premises developments and the regulatory framework including the 2024 National Health Service (General Medical Services Premises Costs) Directions which sets out the requirements and process for awarding financial support for premises.
