GP Premises- Developing your project initiation document (PID)

The process for the primary care utilisation and modernisation fund is now active, and the process has commenced with a list of schemes submitted to NHS England regional teams by integrated care boards.  The next step is to develop the project initiation document (PID) which demonstrates the case for change and the aims, objectives and benefits that a preferred premises solution would deliver. Having a well-structured and compelling document is key to securing investment. This 2.5 hour online workshop introduces the PID process and provides practical advice and support on writing an excellent PID. The session will be interactive with the opportunity for discussion and questions.
