GP premises for commissioners – premises costs reimbursements

GP premises are essential to the delivery of NHS primary medical services and commissioners have the responsibility to make the necessary reimbursements for premises costs to GP contractors.  This virtual training course, delivered over two sessions, will introduce the rent reimbursement process for GP practices, the regulatory requirements (including the recently published 2024 National Health Service (General Medical Services Premises Costs) Directions) and the different types of reimbursement available to contractors depending on the premises ownership model.
