GP premises reimbursement explained: requirements and practical application

GP premises are fundamental to the delivery of NHS primary medical care services, and commissioners have a responsibility to ensure accurate reimbursement of premises costs to GP contractors.  This virtual training course, for commissioners, delivered over two sessions, will introduce the rent reimbursement process for GP practices, the regulatory requirements (including the 2024 National Health Service (General Medical Services Premises Costs) Directions) and the different types of reimbursement available to contractors depending on the premises ownership model.
