GP premises – the grant agreement and legal charges

The grant agreement document is a critical part of the capital grants process. It sets out the terms and conditions for funding, ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and legislation. This online workshop, delivered by a lawyer, has been specifically designed for GPs, practice managers and those within the practice who are responsible for premises matters in the GP practice. Integrated care board (ICB) estates teams and those working on their behalf will also find this session useful to gain an understanding of the purpose and process of the grant agreement.
