GPs explore neighbourhood health implementation in podcast

Neighbourhood health puts the person at the centre of how we deliver their health and care by organising services so they can work together to serve a defined population. In the latest episode of the Transforming Primary Care podcast, produced by the NHS England North East and Yorkshire region, Dr Andy Brooks, GP and clinical chair for the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) discusses work that is currently underway across the eight National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme (NNHIP) pioneer sites with a panel of GPs and NNHIP coaches.
