  • Accelerate integrated team working by incorporating group clinics into your neighbourhood plans and processes
  • Create highly personalised neighbourhood-based support for adults with multiple long- term conditions
  • Make your bid stand out as being evidence based and at the cutting edge of group clinical practice.

You will hear from Dr Matthew Dolman who is already being a neighbourhood health approach and harnessing the power of group clinics in North Sedgemoor, Somerset.
