Following updates to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) type 2 diabetes in adults guideline, NICE has revised recommendations for several medicines to support consistent clinical decision-making and improve access to cost-effective treatment options. Four technology appraisals for type 2 diabetes have been updated, and guidance on four further medicines is being withdrawn.
