Access is a top priority for primary care. PCC has a track record of providing hands on support to meet the needs of individual practices or primary care networks to implement access improvements. This includes analysing data and better matching capacity to demand using audit tools to help reduce unavoidable appointments or making the most appropriate use of the clinical team.
