NHS England’s updated guidance describes the process for annual assessments of ICBs for 2024/25 and sets out the key lines of enquiry that NHS England will use to underpin assessments. The process has been expanded from 2023/24 to include an assessment of ICB capability with extended key lines of enquiry for leadership and governance.
