Introduction to equality impact assessments

Equality impact assessments (EQIAs) are a key tool for ensuring that policies, services, and decisions are fair, inclusive, and compliant with legal and ethical obligations. This three hour virtual training course is designed to provide a practical introduction to EQIAs. It will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to understand when and how to apply EQIAs, and how to use them effectively to support inclusive service design and delivery.
