Is your practice prepared for the future?

Does your practice have a clear picture of where you wish to be in the future?  With the rapidly changing environment as neighbourhoods develop having a vision for the future is important.  Will there be workforce/partner changes? What opportunities do you want to accept? Do you want to grow your list? Are you willing to support a challenged practice?  Do you want or need to develop your premises? Practices can work through these areas in meetings, but to keep discussions on track, make the best use of time and to allow all to participate it helps to have dedicated time, such as a practice away day and an external facilitator with understanding of the challenges practices face.  Sometimes you need help to collate future aspirations into a cohesive plan. PCC, with our expert knowledge and facilitation skills, can work with your practice to support meetings or away days to consider the future direction, and to help draft a plan.
