Know Your Numbers week: 8-14 September 2025

Know Your Numbers is a national campaign by the Blood Pressure UK charity to raise awareness about the importance of checking your blood pressure. About one third of adults in the UK have high blood pressure which rarely has noticeable symptoms but if untreated, increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. A package of communication materials on blood pressure is available on the Campaign Resource Centre. This includes assets from the community pharmacy Get your blood pressure checked campaign to signpost people to the NHS pharmacy blood pressure check service. Healthcare teams are encouraged to use these assets to promote NHS blood pressure services.
