Primary care network (PCN) leaders face many challenges, from developing effective relationships with others to keeping practices on board and managing the expectations of all parties. Whether you are a clinical director, a PCN manager, a practice manager with PCN responsibilities, or aspire to become a PCN leader, the need to effectively influence, negotiate, lead without direct authority and develop partnerships for the future is vital. PCC delivers our concentrated senior leadership courses via online learning.  Over three sessions leadership styles, leading across systems, change, influencing and developing resilience are considered.  Book now for the programme starting in October.
