GP practices face numerous challenges, with financial constraints, premises issues, changes in ways of working as the digital agenda progresses, and the need to consider workforce changes and adapting for the future.  PCC has worked directly with GP practices for over 17 years delivering hands‑on, adaptive, and outcome‑focused support.  We estimate that we have helped over a thousand practices. We provide a flexible and responsive service, aware that one size does not fit all, and that the local and individual priorities and challenges, whether capacity, workforce, or time related, are different both between practices and from one week to the next.  If your practice needs a helping hand we will design support to address the unique challenges, working within the time available and budget constraints.
