Patients will experience better care thanks to funding saved from ending duplication and reducing bureaucracy across in the NHS, the health secretary has announced. These reforms will give more power and autonomy to local leaders and systems – stripping away bureaucracy so they have more freedom to better deliver health services for their local communities.
