NHS England has updated its Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES) and Capacity and Access Improvement Payment (CAIP) guidance for primary care networks (PCNs), to extend the deadline for PCNs and commissioners to agree an access baseline and improvement plan. The deadline has been moved to 30 June 2023.
