New guidance for providers of health care and treatment at events

Following a consultation regarding registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for providers of health and care treatment at events, the CQC has developed this guidance following changes to the law. The changes to the regulations mean that providers delivering health care or treatment at an event must register with CQC if their service meets the criteria for the regulated activity of treatment of disease, disorder or injury.
