New medicine service data

NHS England has agreed with Community Pharmacy England (CPE) that working with pharmacy contractors to collect New Medicine Service (NMS) quarterly summary data will continue to be on a voluntary basis. The next quarter to report on will be Q1 2023/24 (1 April – 30 June 2023). Submissions can be made via the NHS Business Services Authority and should be done so by 31 August 2023. This is to support long-term monitoring of the service as part of ongoing work to expand the NMS to include additional therapeutic areas and helps to provide evidence of the service delivery for the new therapeutic areas.
