A New NHS Health Check training resource pack is now available for primary care teams. The pack includes:

  • Two videos with different scenarios to demonstrate how to deliver a good NHS Health Check
  • Recording of the launch webinar on 28 November 2023
  • Comprehensive Q&A document
  • Patient survey template

Practices and pharmacies may use these to further support your local training and to improve local delivery.
