Amending legislation has been laid for GMS, PMS and Performers Lists regulations; namely the National Health Service (Primary Medical Services and Performers Lists) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. Subject to some elements coming into force In October 2024, these are effective from 27 May 2024 and include elements of the GP contract changes previously announced for 2024/25.
