The NHS standard contract 2024/25 includes contract technical guidance and a consultation response. NHS England has published this so that commissioners can complete their local contracts by 1 April. NHS England will publish an updated set of contract service conditions when the 2024/25 planning guidance is published and the national quality standards for cancer waits are confirmed.
