Online access to GP records

Practices using EMIS can bulk enable their patients access to GP records before 31 October 2023 by requesting their systems are updated. This process avoids the need to give patients access manually. Practices should complete an opt-in form by 19 September to secure a slot. NHS England will then confirm a date and work through any required preparatory steps. A dedicated support team is in place to help all practices, whether using TPP or EMIS. if you need advice contact england.gprecordaccess@nhs.net.
