Supported by Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Charitable Fund and the Decently charity, staff at Liverpool University Hospital Foundation Trust have developed Melo, a platform to support the care needs of dementia patients. The app tracks behaviour patterns to provide a holistic view of the patient’s condition, facilitating clinical handover to community care at the time of discharge.
