Meaningful patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) is fundamental to delivering a health and care system that is equitable, effective, and responsive to the needs of the populations it serves. This report highlights the collective impact of PPIE activity across the 15 health innovation networks in 2025/26, showcasing how insights from lived experience are shaping the design, delivery, and spread of innovation.
