PCC launch new programmes

Last week PCC has launched two new programmes. The first, Strategic commissioning programme – Building the conditions for successful change in healthcare. A series of four half-day interactive online workshops designed to help healthcare leaders, managers and teams improve their ability to plan, deliver and sustain change within complex healthcare environments. The second, Neighbourhood community development workshops is for anyone looking to establish engagement with communities to contribute to the transformation of services and build an approach to developing (or contributing to) a neighbourhood plan.
