PCC supporting general practice – business continuity plans

When things go wrong, many areas in a practice or primary care network (PCN) are affected – the business, patients and staff.  By developing a robust and practical business continuity plan (BCP), practices and PCNs can ensure that their workforce is in the best place to seamlessly deal with and move on from events that would otherwise prove unsettling.  Using established templates, we can help you put together and then stress test your BCP so that you and your teams are confident about what to do if the worst happens.
