PCC supporting general practice – workforce

Looking at the new GP contract and primary care network (PCN) directed enhanced service (DES) for 2024/2025, the digital agenda is one of the key elements to focus on over the coming months.  It’s vital that practice and PCN staff have the required skills to understand the new technology and show patients the benefit of using new systems and tools.
