Following the change of government, one thing is certain – practices and primary care networks (PCNs) need to ensure they are in the best position financially to be ready for potential opportunities. They need a clear understanding of their financial position with plans for the future.  Our experienced team can provide support to carry out financial reviews and ensure their plans are in place.  We have recently undertaken this for several practices which resulted in both significant cost savings and ways to increase income being identified.
