Primary care contracts – contractual compliance and review for dental, eye care, pharmaceutical and medical services

This important new workshop for integrated care boards (ICBs) supports their development as strategic commissioners. Not only do ICBs need to be familiar with all four primary care provider groups – dental, medical, optometric, and pharmaceutical, and the contracts through which services are secured, they also need to understand the contractual compliance mechanisms that underpin these contracts. These two half day sessions will focus on contractual and regulatory compliance, how this should be reviewed and enforced.
