Primary care estates – business case / project initiation document development

Where the need for a premises development has been identified, one of the most important steps is to develop the business case / project initiation document (PID) which demonstrates the case for change and the aims, objectives and benefits that a preferred premises solution would deliver. PCC can help by developing these documents.  We also offer a workshop to introduce practice staff, such as practice managers, to the process of writing business cases / PIDs for submission to the commissioner. It introduces basic rules around improvement grants as well as how to write a good case to improve the chances of securing funding from the commissioner. If you are interested in either type of support, please contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk.
