Primary care eye care contracts – contracting matters in depth

NHS eye care is a key primary care service. Contractual arrangements need not only to be in place but also effectively managed. Primary care eye care gives rise to several commissioning and contracting matters, and whilst some can be quite straightforward to manage, others can be much more complex. This session uses real life contracting scenarios to equip eye care commissioners with the knowledge and skills to review their options and approaches and put themselves in the best place to justify a commissioning decision.
