Primary care networks – is it time for a health check?

It is crucial that primary care networks (PCNs) support their practices, and the practices support the PCN.  It’s vital that they share a vision and work through ways the PCN and practices can help each other when problems occur to help advert risks for both parties.  Has the PCN worked out how it will help if a practice is struggling? Is the PCN using the resources that are available to it to the maximum, and claiming all that should be claimed?  Is the Network Agreement up to date and the financial arrangements right?  PCC is supporting PCNs to review and refine their vision, Network Agreements and financial arrangements which are vital for a robust future.  Contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk or visit www.pcc-cic.org.uk to find out more.
